The Founder's Story

Hannie, the founder of Nail Dreamers, has been doing nails for nearly a decade, but the salon itself started with an unexpected turn. After being laid off and spending time on EI, her former employer didn't call her back. So her husband suggested they take a leap: get a bank loan and build something of their own.

It turned out to be the most natural thing in the world.

Hannie grew up in Vietnam, where life asked her to be independent far earlier than it should have. Her parents divorced when she was very young, and in the absence of the care a child deserves, she learned to take care of herself.

That experience never left her, it quietly shaped everything about how she works.

When you sit down at Nail Dreamers, you're in the hands of someone who genuinely understands what it means to feel looked after. Not because it's good business but because it's who she is.
